The Crab, The Urchin and The M & M Freak

We had a crab come home with us last night. He hid in the disguise of a normal toddler until he didn't get his way. Then his true identity of the crab came out. He flopped on his back and wailed like a banshee. The wail eventually subsided, but the crab's face was a bit wet. He toddled on his way until he didn't get his way again. The crab is not 2 years old yet and he already has a case of the fits. Hopefully age will cure him of this and I'm hoping the cure comes soon!

The urchin appeared later in the night. He usually appears when he wants something badly. He begs for food by putting his head on the potential feeders leg and looks up longingly at the object of affection. He is such a poor urchin that this is the only way he gets fed. He would be a shoe-in for Oliver Twist for Toddlers. The urchin usually gets his prize and toddles on his way...until he spies his next hearts desire.

Do not bring M & M's around the M & M Freak! He is insistent on eating M & M's any time he sees them. He's had a few tastes and since then, he has been jonesing for the sweet covered chocolate of M & M's. If he hears the clank on the candy dish, he comes running. Unfortunately for the Freak, he has learned that pointing and wanting things is not always going to get you what you want. Sometimes, the people listed above show up and take over the Freak.

A good distraction will usually destroy these evil beings. But sometimes the monsters win.
