The last couple of days, Ollie has been hard to wake up because he is so tired. He has been going to bed a little later than usual and it is taking its toll. He used to pop right up, ready to go for the day. Now we have to nudge him awake several times and understandably he is a bit crabby because of it. As a result he is going to bed earlier tonight to see if it helps. He isn't getting enough sleep and we can't change our work schedule so his has to be adapted. It is back to his 8 pm bed time.
He should get back on schedule just in time for Thanksgiving to screw it up again. It'll be interesting to see what he actually eats. He isn't too big on meat yet, but he likes some of it. A lot of the things will be new for him, yams, pumpkin pie, stuffing and whatever else we can find. I'm sure it'll be a full day for Ollie and he will probably be worn out, as will his parents. At least we'll get a little free time to see a movie, toddler free! I'm not sure we remember what that is like, but we'll figure it out.
