This past week, Ollie and Tori got to stay home with their Aunt Annie and Mom. Ollie loved it. He played, vegged out, spent 3 hours at McDonalds playing and had a grand time staying home. He does miss the other kids at the sitter's though and he's ready to go back on Monday. We are going to put Ollie in a camp this summer. He will learn about Dinosaur's at Sommer Park. This will get him out of the habit of being at the sitter's and around other kids. We hope it'll prepare him a little bit more for school. He wasn't too thrilled with the idea in the beginning, but we decided to force him to go and now he's at least ok with it. He should have a good time.
Finally, Ollie starts school in the fall and we have a lot to do to get him ready. He has to have an eye exam, dental exam, lead test, diabetic test and all of his shots up to date. His next doctor's visit isn't going to be pleasant for him. We have a hard time getting him to weigh himself on the scale. Getting blood and giving shots is going to be a nightmare. We may just have to bribe him with a new toy for him to be good.
