The Cough

The boy has a cough again. No cold, just a dry cough. He's had it for awhile, but it hasn't been a problem. He woke at 4 am with a coughing fit. After medicine he settled back down and went back to sleep. He recently got over an ear infection. A cough is a symptom for an ear infection. We are going to take him in again and make sure he doesn't have another ear infection. If we are lucky, it'll just be a cough, but it isn't likely being so close to his previous ear infection. It just didn't come back quickly. Here's hoping for it being just a cough.
